Ripple is a non-profit internet site which passes 100% of its revenue to other charities.
Ripple works because it is a win for everybody.
* ripplers (that's you) have access to a homepage which allows them to fight poverty with your daily searches or a simple click
* Advertisers gain effective advertising while contributing to our global community
* More funding helps the ripple charities continue their work
Together we can make a real impact on poverty in our world.
You do need to actually click on the ad Ripple provides so Ripple can get their money. These are respectable companies that are screened by Ripple so you don't have to worry about getting viruses.
Ripple also has a Google search bar on their main website. Whenever you use Ripple's search bar, Ripple's search sponsor pays a small amount to Ripple every time you search from the homepage.
Whenever you do an internet search, I encourage you to go to http://ripple.org and use their Google search.
At their website they also have a blog in which every month or so they post images of their checks that they send to their charitable foundations. The amounts are in the low thousands. Please help support this good cause!
